This pizza shop USED to be my go-to! We miss Amber! Went in tonight to order food to go… the young girl was on the phone arguing with a customer that ordered online- glad we didnt. We stood there like idiots while she argued— then someone else took our order, after ever item she said- is that it?? No- we’ll tell you when we’re done. We wanted it all on one order and she split it. While waiting we went back up to get a drink and she was on the phone AGAIN arguing with the customer who ordered online- stood there waiting again to pay for a drink— she SHOULD HAVE told the person on phone- i have a customer at the counter i can place you on hold or call you back… after a good 10 minutes, then she said, is that all??? I guess buying the drink wasn’t good enough. I will say, though, the food that I ordered was still as good from before, but the service is awful and the girls behind the register. Do not know what they are doing.. Sorry, but I probably will not be returning. Such nonsense!

They USED to have good food. Now they can’t even cut a slice evenly. My pizza came so drenched in sauce that box was soggy. Lucky me when I called the shop the owner tried to say that’s “normal” so they can’t help me. The service is ridiculous. Food taste pathetic. -5 stars

I recently shared a friend's Italian hoagie. All I can say is it was simply awful. I was expecting a real NY or Jersey Mike's quality style hoagie. At this pizzeria, there was no mixed Italian meats like capicola or any other dry sausage, ham and cheese. Instead I saw poor quality deli meat with an abundance of lettuce and a few slices of tomato slapped on a roll. I will never eat from this place again.

I have never been inside Broad St Pizzeria and I’ve only ever door dashed their food- but I have ALWAYS been happy with my order and how the food turned out! Their chicken bacon ranch pizza is INCREDIBLE and I’ve also tried their salads and wraps as well which are fresh and high quality. I definitely want to visit in person soon and recommend them for your pizza needs whether on a food ordering app or in person!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is terrible. First my order took almost 2 hours to get to my house, then they advertise on GOOGLE a Roma pie being a regular plain pie with added toppings. I order this and get a white pie with no sauce. Then they forgot my cannoli. When I called to tell them about their error, they got nasty, cussed at me in Spanish, and basically said I'm beat. Super unprofessional!! The pie was cold and dry. I basically paid 43 dollars to get a cold dry white pie with no sauce, no cannoli, and a 2L of soda. Do NOT order from here they don't care. The woman i poke to hung up on me. Here is a screenshot of their Google ad and what they gave me. I will never order from this fly by night place ever again.
